Each translucent veneer panel consists of an ultra-thin natural stone slice — typically 1.5–2mm — bonded to a specially engineered translucent backing layer. Unlike standard opaque veneer, this backing is designed to transmit LED or fibre-optic light through the stone itself.
The result is a genuinely unique architectural surface: the stone's natural mineral structure — its veins, crystal inclusions, colour gradients and translucent minerals — become visible as a glowing, luminous design element when lit. No artificial material can replicate this.
